  • Completion of an in-depth budget planner to understand the future costs of owning your home and ensure the monthly mortgage payments are comfortable.

  • Review of potential mortgage deals available, as these can change daily.

Buying a home does not have to be a daunting process; we are here to support you through it. We recommend arranging a mortgage in principle, sometimes referred to as an agreement in principle or a decision in principle, to ensure you are able to offer on a property once the right one becomes available.
